Badger Teemo Skin = Default Teemo Skin (in game)

I really love the new splash art for Badger ! The glowing purple shrooms and badger features really set this skin apart! However, this distinction is not carried into the game. Badger 's in-game shrooms are identical to the default skin, and his badger features are much less obvious now.

What would it take to get some awesome glowing purple shrooms in-game?
