Badger Teemo Splash Art vs. In-Game

Dear Riot,

I am relatively new to League of Legends. I started playing in the summer of 2014.

Since I had enough IP to get Teemo, he has become my favorite champion to play. I have purchased three skins for him: Happy Elf, Badger, and Astronaut.

I really love the new splash art for Badger Teemo! The glowing purple shrooms and badger features really set this skin apart! However, I am sad that this distinction is not carried into the game. Badger Teemo's in-game shrooms are identical to the default skin, and his badger features are much less obvious now.

What would it take to get some awesome glowing purple shrooms in-game?
