New gamemode: restriction

Consider a gamemode: Restriction Where team would get to vote for a specific Runeterra faction, and the whole team needs to play a champion of that faction or a filler champion. (A filler champion being champions that are not affiliated with any faction).

or other variation of restricting picks or something amongst these lines.

this would create a more... thematic gamemode for everyone who is more or less interested in the lore. This way, more offmeta picks would need to happen and give a slight diversity to the strict metachanges.
