5.20 game bug collection

Bug:

• Server: EUW

• Type of Bug: In Game Bug

• Description:

1. proc doesn't work on Q. reproduction rate: can't say, dont play Rengar allot anymore, but I'm not the only one to notice it

2. W area starts to glimmer randomly and 10/10 times when you spam laugh in the area

3. doesn't display when its on cool-down in the item slot 9/10 times (was playing Jayce in ONE for all and made it a bit harder)

• Expected result:

1. one shot baron and get a pentakill from proc at the same time
2. not to get a seizure
3. see my stacks and not to spam abilities when is on cooldown

• Observed result:

1. get rekd
2. getting too distracted by it and get rekt
3. I'd say get rekt, but that wasn't the bug's fault. result- took forever to stack it correctly

• System Specs: AMD A6 Processor, Windows 10, AMD Radeon integrated Graphics card etc
