new champion concept!

New Champion concept? Thoughts? Ideas? What would make it better, or what changes to its kit would make it more unique?

Lei Dian, the Chinese word for Thunderbolt

Champion bio-

A mad Ionian scientist was experimenting with electricity in his lab, conducting lightning with a large rod, when suddenly a massive lightning bolt surged through the metal, causing his energy box to become unstable. He rushes over to fix it only to unleash the full power of the voltage within. It surges through his body, fusing to his cells, turning him into a blinding beacon of light, thus... Lei Dian was born.

Champion traits-

Ranged / AD carry or Jungler / scales with AD

Base stats- Health regen : 560(+0.60) Attack damage : 58(+2.40) Attack speed : 0.630(+3.4%) Range : 500 Armor : 24(+2.8)

Character abilities-

Passive-

Every 3rd auto attack Lei Dian’s powers surge dealing an extra 20-124(+35%AD) damage on hit.

Lei Dian’s first basic attack on an enemy turret shocks the the turret, stunning it for 2 seconds. (30 second cooldown)

Ability Q- Light javelin

Lei Dian calls on the gods of light to summon 3 bolts of electricity that can be thrown in a rapid fashion.

(gives 3 charges that expire after 5 seconds. Almost like evelyns Q recast but a skill shot)

65/75/85/95/100(+85AD%)damage. Consecutive hits on the same enemy deal 15% less damage per hit.

7.2/6.2/5.2/4.2/3.2 second cooldown

Ability W- Unstable

Lei Dian’s powers become unstable, causing his body to be engulfed in light, he attacks 20%/22%/25%/30%/35% faster for 7 seconds with attacks dealing an extra 30/40/50/60/70(+25%AD) damage on hit that spreads to nearby enemy champions or monsters.

(The spread does 50% damage to champions, 150% damage to monsters/epic monsters)(Max enemy spread 3)

14/13/12/11/10 second cooldown

Ability E- Zoom

Lei Dian dashes in any direction(450 range) dealing 75/85/95/105/115(+45%AP) damage to all enemies in the way. (This ability resets for every takedown/assist)

9/8/7/6/5 second cooldown

Ultimate R- Shockwave

Active: Lei Dian calls upon a lightning bolt from the sky that strikes him, he then uses the energy from the shock to pulse the ground with his fists, causing a large radius shockwave to deal 250/350/450(+30%AD) damage to all units within the radius slowing them by 25/35/45% and silencing them for 2/2.5/3 seconds

Passive: Lei Dian gains a stacking 10 movement speed for every 3 seconds he is out of combat. (Stacks 5 times up to 50 movement speed) disappears when engaging in combat or taking damage from any source.
