Pulsejet - The Dogfighter of Shurima (Transforms into a Jet)

Pulsejet is a ranged AP/AD hybrid champion.

Functions best against other ranged champions. Until he transforms, Pulsejet is a slow moving walking robot. He is vulnerable to melee champions due to his low armor and health. This changes when he gets his ultimate where he becomes difficult to catch. This is tempered by the fact that his ultimate is mana costly.

The design comes from the Viking from Starcraft 2

Passive Scramble: Each time Pulsejet or nearby champions cast a spell, he gains a charge of Scramble. After the 12/11/10th spell cast, Pulsejet sends out a disruptor wave which scrambles nearby enemies' sight, lowering their field of vision for a brief moment.

Q Hex Harmonizer: Pulsejet charges a prow/chest-mounted laser which fires two successive which burn the ground in a straight line in the direction he is facing. The first laser deals magic damage, and the second one deals physical damage.

W Counter-measures: Pulsejet releases flares which makes him momentarily untargettable by all targeted range projectiles. The effect lingers and if he remains in the AoE where he cast the spell, he has a chance of dodging projectiles.

E Marauder Hive: On next attack, Pulsejet will unleash his swarm of Marauder drones on his target. Each drone deals magic damage, and once they attack their target continue flying around Pulsejet to attack random enemies. This can remain active to leave the drones out, but drains mana every second. While active, they will redirect to Pulsejet's target every 4 seconds. Recasting this returns the drones to Pulsejet.

R Assault: Pulsejet tranforms into flight mode gaining maximum speed for a few seconds. In this mode Pulsejet gains a permanent speed boost as well as a secondary attack. In addition to his primary chain gun, he gains access to his rocket battery, launching 3 rockets at long range every few seconds. Each rocket deals physical damage in a small AoE. Pulsjet also gains the ability to fly over all terrain. This cost mana on cast and drains mana every second.
