Xytan, The Ageless Exile

Zilean thought he was the only survivor, but there was one more, an exiled man who returned to see his city dead. He broke into the only building left standing, the clock tower, and discovered Zilean's research on time magic. He stole and perfected Zilean's research over the years, and now he may hold the key to resurrecting Urtistan...

Xytan, The Ageless Exile Mage (Ranged AP), tosses daggers for basic attacks.

Passive: "Temporal Distortion" Xytan's dual blades distort time, applying a 20% slow for 1 second on targets every 5th basic attack while increasing his own move speed by the same amount for 2 seconds.

Q: "Rewind Blade" Xytan tosses one of his empowered blades in a target direction. If it hits an enemy champion, it deals 50/75/100/155/185 + (.5 AP) magic damage and slows the champion to a .5 second stun over the next 2 seconds. (Slow has a .5 second delay, increasing by 25% every .5 seconds until the unit is stunned for .5 seconds. So it goes Initial Hit=0% slow, .5 sec=25% slow, 1 sec=50% slow, 1.5 sec=75% slow, 2 sec=Stunned for .5 seconds.)

If the blade misses time distorts and the cooldown is halved. Cost: 75/80/85/90/95 mana CD: 24/22/20/18/16 seconds if enemy champion is hit CD: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds if it misses or only passes through minions

W: "Time to Run" Xytan absorbs incoming slows and roots/snares for 1.5 seconds. Each slow or root/snare that is absorbed increases Xytan's move speed by 25% each. Cost: 75 mana (all levels) CD: 12 seconds (all levels)

E: "Time Field" Xytan creates a small area of distorted time. Enemies caught in the area are slowed by 35/40/45/50/55% as long as they remain in the field (slow immediately ends upon leaving). After 2 seconds the area explodes Dealing 100/120/165/200/235 + (.6 AP) magic damage and stunning enemies for 1.5 seconds. Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana CD: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds

R: "Different Dimension" Passive= Decreases Xytan's respawn timer by 5/7/10 seconds Active: Xytan leaps to a target location with such force that the area enters a different dimension. The leap deals 200/275/350 + (.8 AP) magic area damage and leaves an area for 2 seconds that silences enemy champions who remain within. Xytan stuns enemies he lands directly on top of for 1 second. (takes the same amount of damage). Cost: 100 mana CD: 150/120/100 seconds
