The Azir Build I Use plus a sort of guide.
--Ionian Boots --Rod of Ages --Nashors Tooth (It doesn't apply the on hit with your soldiers but the stats are too good to pass up imo.) --Rabba Deathcap --Rylai's Crystal Scepter --Liandry's Torment.
Let me know what you guys think of this build. It seems to work quite well into the late game.

Early Game: SURVIVE! Although you become a beast later on, Azir has a pretty weak early game. Use your soldiers to zone, and get the CS advantage to start your Rod of Ages ASAP. If you get a gank try to send a soldier behind your lane opponent and use E to knock them up then wait for your jungler's damage to help you secure the kill. DONT TRY TO ONE V ONE UNTIL YOU HAVE ULT.
Mid to Late Game: This is where the emperor gets a new groove. At this point your soldiers will be doing a lot of damage per second and your ult will assist in team fights. Use your passive to hold positions when seigeing turrets, for example, when trying to get into the enemies base instead of backing off your team will be able to fall back to a turret to push a wave and continue the push.
Full Build: IF you go full build God help the other team. Constant slows and burns from liandry's and Rylai's will shut down almost anyone. Plus Q's every 4 seconds will constantly zone out adc's before they can get into a fight knocking them down to half health before the fighting even starts. In the end he is still a mage so watch where you are and watch your health.
