Unique champion idea

So I was thinking of a champion and she would probably be a spy/infiltrator or something in the lore. So essentially somewhat piggybacking off lulu ult.

Her passive would be similar to yasuos except "When an enemy cast an ability shrink down and have it reflected back at them at a little over half their damage or something. either that or just have it miss." Her passive should become less of a cooldown the longer the game goes on with it capping at a certain point.

Her auto attack should be magically enhanced fist and is similar to vi punches.

her Q would be a magical shrink thing that shrinks the target opponent and he would take slightly more damage and be slower

Her w I think should be where she grows big and leaps and she stays grown for 6 seconds and takes less damage but is much slower herself

Her E I think should turn her AA into A long range one for 3 seconds that travels through minions to an enemy champion and increasing her AA for 0.8 seconds

Her R she should become huge her AA change to magical enhanced stomps and do a lot more damage while she takes 20% less damage from all sources. and she is somewhat slowed.

Because of all the slows she has she should definitely have a decent enough base move speed so it doesn't mean she can never catch enemy champions.

This is my unique idea for a champion . If anyone from riot sees this You can take the credit for it for all I care. I think this would make the champ like no one has seen before. If you think this is a cool idea please let me know if there is anything I should change to either make her more interesting or if she needs to be balanced more. I'm not a good artist So I have no designs for her sadly I can make an attempt but it won't turn out that good.
