New Character Concept: Illi

I just read the Bio for Kai'Sa, which highlighted an interaction between a brave young girl, Illi, and Kai'Sa. It would be neat to see a new Bot, Support, or Jungle character based off of this character since it would link both characters' lore together, much like Kayle & Morgana or Leona & Diana. The character seems to lean towards the Bot/ADC role in the story, and it would be welcome since Bot typically has the least champions to choose from (patch-depending). Opening up the character to other positions would allow for both characters to work together, but keeping it to Bot/ADC would obviously make them contentious, which would work out depending on the direction that the lore goes in.
