Prometheus. The First Blade.

Before going into the specifics of the champions abilities, let me explain what i want this champion to do. This champion will be an early game changer. He will be a support or a tanky jungle. He gets increased efficiency when against 2 champions and will have lowered efficiency against only one. He will have good early game stats but not very good scalings to make up for it. Essentially, Prometheus is an early game monster who falls off very hard towards the mid and late games. Stats

Health- 432(+72) Health Regen- 7.5(+.8) Mana-230(+33) Mana Regen-6.6(+.5) Range-175 AD- 58(+3) AS- .678(+2.88) Armor- 25(+2.7) MR- 35(+.9) MS- 355

Abilities [B][ Passive:- His abilities reduce the surrounding champions armor. and his auto attacks reduce it by half the amount(max 3 stacks)

**Basic ability 1(Q)**Static 8 second CD-Throws his sword at a target. If the unit is killed, the sword bounces to the closest enemy dealing 75% damage. (second hit prioritizes champions over minions.). High damage but high mana costs.

Basic ability 2(W)- Active-He flourishes his blades, cracking the ground dealing damage around him and slowing surrounding enemies for a breif time, increasing to 150%(damage and snare time) depending on the number of surrounding champions(25% extra damage per champion) Passive-He gains increased armor, magic resist and tenacity(Q) for each enemy champion in a 650 range.i.e. his base armor, magic resist and tenacity increase per enemy champion capping at 200% for 2 champions.

Basic ability 3(E)- Smashes sword on ground, releasing a short ranged , slow moving skillshot which does medium damage and a minor slow.

Sword Birth (R)- Calls upon the blades of one thousand dead warriors, impaling all nearby enemies, dealing 100%damage and knocking up 2 of the closest, while dealing decreased damage to surrounding champion( 20% less per additional enemy. Min 40%) stealthed champions can be hit but this ability cannot be used unless there is a visible champion within range. Has a .5 second cast time after which he raises his arms and sword fly out of the ground.

  • note * this ability does not deal decreasing damage to each enemy champion, but counts how many champions are within range, dealing max damage to 2 of them and decreased damage to the rest. For example. If all 5 champions are hit, then 2 take full damage while the other 3 take 40% damage(20% per additional champion.)

EDIT 1- I chose the numbers like this. I looked at other champions base values and put Prometheus's values slightly higher, then i took the scalings and reduced them drastically.

OK, this idea is cool. Like most other ideas I see on here. The stats though...yeah. Champs don't just get 7.5 health regen. At level 18, this guy has 21.1 health regen! It's almost like getting a free item 3083! Also, his health...whoa. Mundo would quit drugs to have that much base health. I suggest re-running the numbers a few times and looking at other champs' stats. BUT, this is overall a cool idea.

Kool concept, but definitely requires a few balance changes. Got my upvote
