Ashe Volley all arrows not firing at the same time

Step 1 - Pick Step 2 - max W/ Volley Step 3 - press W to use Volley. Step 4 - All arrows do not fire at the same time, sometimes taking almost .25 seconds to fire the outer edge arrows.(hapenned many times recently. I do not know if this was intentional because sometimes, all arrows fired at the same time)

At first i thought i was lagging, but the i realized that it was probably a bug because the enemy team had an ash and the same thing hapenned.
