[Champion Concept] The Dark Armor

Appearance: A tall suit of pure black armor with glowing multi-colored symbols sprawled all over it. Weapons reflect this aesthetic.

Abilities:

Passive: Heart of the People Basic attacks steal 15% of their target's movement speed for 5 seconds. This effect has a 13 second cooldown per target.

Q: Drain/Percussive Blast - No Cost Drain (Melee): The next 2/4/7 basic attacks will drain 40/55/75/115/130 health from the target and heal for the Dark Armor for the same amount. After 3 seconds, 30% of the health is slowly returned to the victim unless it was a minion or monster. Multiple attacks on the same target while this is active will result in 25% effectiveness from this ability. This effect has a 23 second cooldown that begins after all stacks of Drain have been consumed.

Percussive Blast (Ranged): The Dark Armor shoots an arrow that bounces between up to 3/5/7 targets, but cannot hit a target twice. Targets hit have a 50% chance of linking to the next target to be hit and take 40/75/100/115/135 (+13% AD) physical damage. When the arrow has hit all targets it can, all linked units will take an additional 25/40/70/85/105 (+20% AP) magic damage and be dragged towards each other if only linked to one other unit. 16 second cooldown.

W: Block/Explosive Ammunition - No Cost Block (Melee): Dark Armor raises his shield in a direction, completely nullifying any magic damage coming from that direction and dispelling all magical effects on itself, but becomes unable to attack for 4 seconds. Shield is 75 units long. 20 second cooldown. (Basic attacks aren't affected)

Explosive Ammunition (Ranged): The next 2/4/7 basic attacks deal an additional 100/125/140/155/180 magic damage in a 200 area around the target. 14 second cooldown.

E: Awakening/Proactive Stance - No Cost Awakening (Melee): Passive: Increases movement speed by 5/7/11/16/25%. Active: Basic attacks deal 15% more damage and Dark Armor becomes immune to displacement for 7 seconds. This effect activates despite cooldown when the Dark Armor is lowered below 75%, 50%, 25%, and 10% health, though for only 2 seconds instead. If an enemy champion is killed while this is active, it lasts an extra 4 seconds. 40 second cooldown.

Proactive Stance (Ranged): Passive: Attack speed increases by up to 40% as a target gets closer to the Dark Armor, starting at 300 units with 10% attack speed and maximizing at 100 units. Active: Look for a target's weakpoints, dealing an extra 5% of a target's missing health in true damage every 4 attacks for 10 seconds. 27 second cooldown.

R: Sword and Shield/Bow - No Cost Sword and Shield: The Dark Armor has a 125 attack range and gains 15/20/28% attack speed. Unlocks melee abilities. 6 second cooldown and 2 second channel.

Bow: The Dark Armor has a 415 attack range and increases attack damage by 3/6/9%. Unlocks ranged abilities. 6 second cooldown and 2 second channel.

Riot did away with mana drain in S2 and they wont bring it back. It was too hard on mages.
