Let us report a thread without clicking into the thread

We've all seen threads of unwanted content posted in places that they do not belong, especially since we can tell by the thread's title, preview thumbnail, hover text, or by the person posting it (they know who they are). However, in order to even report the thread, we have to expose ourselves to said content, especially if it contains images inappropriate for the boards.

What I'm asking for here is to be able to report threads from a board's main page instead of forcing us to expose ourselves to either spam or inappropriate content in order to get rid of it.

I think if you know that much from the person's reputation and the hover text, you're probably just as much exposed to it as if you had clicked on it. I therefore see no use in this.
