How do you level up your account to post on boards?
it keeps saying you must be level 5,6,7 or higher to post or create discussions, yet their is no info to be found on how to actually do this.

It's tied to your actual in-game summoner level. However first you have to mane a post on boards where it allows lvl 1's to post. after that, the boards will access your account and pull up the information it needs to synchronize to in order for it to display your actual info and then you can go post in other areas.
