Seriously hate your Customer service.

You Barely respond, there in no proof that you read anything we post, you Never really give Thoughts on posts, we get no real communication just statements, your guys are more interested in what you Think and want internally then what your customers what.

Your forums are more of a Placebo distraction to make it feel as if People have a voice, but they really don't It's (Your Game) your rules and your sick of hearing about us babble.
