Skin and Champion Concepts - Where are the CONCEPTS anymore?

As a frequent league player who has been around since season 2 and came across the forums mainly to use the Champion Concepts section. I feel like no one has or cares to even address the abysmal state that happened to the section. I used to go on everyday to look at amazing or hilarious Concepts that people would come up with on a regular basis. In fact I made a few friends on the old forums (yes internet friends hur hur) while discussing their or my champ ideas. But looking at the boards now it's fallen to basically an anything goes party with no clear format. Why is it that I see people complaining about yasuo on the section. Why do I not see the concept with 25 likes in 3 days on the "hot" list and an idea with literally 2 likes and 10 comments at the very top under the "How to use DJ Sona's music" red post that's been there for freaking months. What happened to the champion concept contest threads. What happened to people who spend hours making a well thought out idea and fleshing it out with pictures and lore getting the spotlight? On the forums a guy named Anarchy Nova made a zuan champ concept with 3D models, extensive lore, quotes, abilities, updates, art, polls, everything. Over 200 upvotes and thousands of views right around the time you shut off the old forums. He reposts it on here. Barely a blip and is lost in the shuffle of complaints on champions in a forum that doesn't even focus on its title.

But don't worry Rito I and I'm sure others have some great ideas that you may or may not implement in the future.

1. Eliminate everything that isn't a concept in the form of skin, Champion, story, etc. - The sub is for creativity to flow out to the masses. Which brings me to my second idea.

2. Fix "Hot" section of the filters. - When something is hot in the boards, it shouldn't be something made an hour ago unless within that hour, 10+ people upvotes it or there is active discussion over the past few hours on the discussion of a CONCEPT (I cannot stress that enough). I should see some that has garnered enough steam to draw interest in by multiple people, which in turn make more people want to see said topic, which in turn makes the idea popular, which in turn causes MORE people to come onto the boards, which in turn makes the concept into something as big as Void Fizz or the ever impossibly popular Dragonmaster Swain idea or even inspire champions you would like to see.

3. Encourage the Community - The people make outrageous, interesting, incredible ideas daily. Feed off that. Have someone on the boards constantly host monthly or even quarterly Champion or skin concept competitions like the MCCs of old. Have people create a champion or skins based off certain themes. Hell even have rework contests. Make champions that aren't meta, in the meta again. Brand is Champion with the greatest potential for a rework as a midlane mage with no escape, high burst, and and interesting kit that could be tweaked or changed or whatever else to no end. Have the Community come up with a rework that your OWN CHAMPION TEAM can deem workable, test, play with it, and if you like it enough, slap it onto the pbe where you get the feedback and either keep it or throw it away. You have the largest base of fans in the world right now that would love to give you ideas on how we THE PLAYERS feel collectively instead of the pros who, on their own, when they make something weird work. I don't wanna see Bard get popular because xpeke played him mid in LCS. I want him to get popular because the millions who play found that out.

4. Talk to us - We love seeing red posts on threads. Communicate with us. I'm not saying every posting needs a red (that's just plain unreasonable) I'm saying if you see something you deem interesting or something you would show the team, even as a " Holy frozen ballsacks phreak. Look at this Gangster Tahm Kench skin someone made" just show us that you are there more often. I'm not saying go full skynet in our asses. Just drop by and leave a little sizzle (looking at you baconhawk).

I could go on with smaller nitpicks but these are my top complaints and ideas that could help make these boards a better place for creativity like in the old forums. If anyone agrees or has some ideas of their own, comment or upvote this post.
