Pm'ing system on the boards

I feel the boards needs a pm'ing system. I had someone summarize my point quite nicely earlier and I would like to thank them. Kinda trying to add them to my friends list so I can pm them a thank you in game. xD Which honestly is kinda awkward from my point of view but I'm an awkward person. Of course a blocking system would need to be implemented in order to prevent spam. There are ways around it as well. There are pros and cons to this. What do you guys think?
