Why are season 1 and 2 ranked badges showing up but not season 3?
Is there a specific reason or is it just a bug/oversight?

It's a bug. It'll get fixed eventually but right now I think the team has more important things to work on *cough*quoting*cough*
If you really want yours they have the ability to add them manually for individual players if you ask.
