[Suggestion]: Add Spoiler Blocks to the Boards

A quick suggestion, as lore is added and well...in some boards as certain discussions go on, people are bound to talk about topics that someone else doesn't want to hear yet...aka...a spoiler.

It would be nice if there was a board tag that when used hid text unless it was hovered over or clicked. That way, people could talk about more private topics without upsetting users who do not want to know what they're saying yet.

it would be useful for GD, possibly RP, definitely story & art...and possibly even games using the hidden text.

TL;DR: Add a forum code for spoilers so that they can be hidden but still talked about.
