[Suggestion (GD)] Please Put thread replies out of the thread navigation

What i mean by this is that if i navigate from page 1 to page 2, that my post won't be lost.

Sometimes when i'm posting a particularly long message (especially with lots of quotes) i need to constantly go back pages to reread posts or to grab posts. However the current boards do not allow you to open other thread pages in another page, rather the page number navigation doesn't allow you to interact.

It becomes difficult to make a post that takes everything into account if it's difficult to go back and read pages that i can't see at the time that i'm posting. If the post was at least separated from page navigation, then i could go back to page 1 or 2 or 3 without losing my post.

I'm not sure if this could apply to the other boards as well, but in particular this is a request for GD.

Thanks for bringing this up. It sounds like a pretty valid request so I've gone ahead and added it to our list.

And um

Can the pages be clickable instead of 'javascript'? So that we can just ctrl+click (or rmb) and open other pages in new tabs? ._."

Took a while for me to figure out what you meant, but I generally agree.

Question for you: Do you think the paradigm should be, "One comment, quoting/replying to multiple people," or "One comment replies to one person"?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean...but i think one comment quoting/replying to multiple people.

If each comment only replies to one person, then it leads to double posting, which is typically bad etiquette on forums.
