Adding a LF Solo, Duo, or Team Board

As it can be quite annoying sometimes to play League of Legends when my friends are unavailable due to conflicting work schedules, I'll occasionally peruse the Miscellaneous boards to find another summoner to duo with or just play some norms. However, I really feel that having a dedicated board for finding other players or recruiting for teams would be a much better fit overall. There would be a dedicated place on the boards to go searching for those summoners out there who are just like you and want to find someone they can play with for more than just a random match. It also might be a great place for online tournament organizers to post their events on the official boards for visibility and possibly even more participation than they already have.
