If you haven't already seen the posts about Champions & Skins and Live Gameplay Balance boards being retired, please check it out here. If you have any feedback on how this was handled, please let us know, but keep in mind that this change was inspired by some of your feedback re: clarity of boards.
Are the retired boards gonna be boarded up?
I approve, that creates much clearer lines.
It would be a bit more clear for it to be "Skins & Champion Concepts", as "Skin & Champion Concepts implies that the board is only for concepts. Unless that's intended, in which case where should topics on current skins go?
We are aware that Community Creations and this new board feel redundant, but this board includes official skins, while Community Creations doesn’t.
This is true, however the champion concept part is 100% redundant. Champion concepts are by definition community creations, so they can equally fit in either the Community Creations board or the new Skins & Champion Concepts board.
When the full community comes to the Boards will it make sense to have a single area that encompasses lore, art, concepts, fanfic, videos, etc.? The Community Creations section already feels a little cluttered with all these different forms of media. I know the goal is to keep the community from becoming too segmented, though realistically speaking I feel that's something that will rapidly become more apparent as more people join the platform.
This was mentioned in one of the two announcement threads but it's very good point so I'll bring it up again. We have a major overlap between Community Creations and Skin & Champion Concepts.
Also, while we're on the topic of boards and the division thereof, what are the thoughts about sub-boards? Hyrum, I and a few others had a decent discussion about the possibility here.
I'm unable to reply to comments on a thread I made yesterday under "Champions & Skins" I can't up/downvote anything either. I can post and up/downvote on other threads though. Is it something on my end or yours? =[

Will the posts in said boards be moved at all?
In other words, I have a collection of [Guide] posts, should I be backing these up now in preparation for moving?

Please name Skin & Champion Concepts 'Community Concepts' instead, because I'm told to post item concepts there ... :(
I'm... not sure where existing skins go. Is it "skins" and "champion concepts"? Because that seems a weird combination. I read it as concepts for both skins and champions.... Which would exclude existing skins.
I came here excited to see what's been said about Arcade MF and then I realize I don't know where I should be looking for this.
"Skins & Champion Concepts" vs "Skin and Champion Concepts"
I think this category should generally be defined as "The place where we suggest things for Riot to add into league."
I'm not great at coming up with good names; Community Suggestions was the best I could do here.

I just went through Community Creations and classified each post on the front page. Basically, I think we can do away with that Board in favor of others.
