I’ve seen VODs of this streamer before, but I’ve never watched his stream. I’ve watched Pendragon play an unstoppable Yi, but this guy does some work, and on the Korea servers? Wow!

Kill resets are the stupidest thing implemented into this game by far. When you kill someone in the game you get rewarded with:
- Gold
- XP
- Any buffs the target had
- Team fight advantage
Do we really need "70% reduction on all skills and extension of ultimate" on top of all that? No. It's broken. The majority of champs in the game can't just reset their cooldowns on a kill. They get in, kill something and that's it. They have to retreat and play a bit safer while waiting for cooldowns. But for some of these bursty assassins, it's just mindless barreling toward the enemy team, deleting one after the next. It makes for flashy big LCS plays, but a frustrating experience for everyone else involved.
It's extremely frustrating to get into a fight with Yi, get him down to 5% hp, then watch him go on to delete 3 of your teammates.
His ult passive just needs reworked. Have it reduce cooldowns by like 30% or something... why is it 70% on ALL SKILLS? It's outrageous.
You give a kill reset on champs that are almost guaranteed kills when they all in. Genius.

Yeah this is pretty much the way Yi is meant to be.
If the skill floor was low enough that average joes could do that, Yi would be nerf knee capped instantly. Intargetablily is huge on an AOE DPS threat, basically making Master Yi like a high octane Fizz in the right hands.
I found it kinda stupid when Riot reworked AP Yi without fucking with alpha strike and then nerfed AD Yi because alpha strike, but I'm glad for it because it's really a huge part of his identity.
Now we just need the Fiora rework to happen to Yi can be the only omni-striker in the League.
Having **less than half a box of ping **= fun times Yi (because he gets to Q everything you try to throw at him). South Korea has cheap insane internet built into many buildings/homes - like a standard utility.
I just wanted to take the time to note that his ping is incredibly low for the majority of this video. A majority of this is not consistently possible to intentionally replicate with a ping over 50.
I live in the center of the US and i get about 90 ping, and notice it big time. I feel I'm more sensitive to this than most. i even remember having issues with certain off brand controllers for consoles that had an extra 50 ms delay. I honestly doubt I'd even play league if I lived on the east coast. I really hope Riot actually takes the problem seriously soon.

One can only hope that aspiring Yi mains in NA will finally get the requisite servers to enjoy his potential...maybe.
To me I just see a broken champ.
A low cooldown Q that lets you dodge hundreds of different attacks with ease while also dealing damage.
How to play Yi:
- Activate all your items. Press R. Press E. Right click the enemy target. Wait until the enemy uses a skill. Press Q. Now AA them to death. If they don't use a skill, AA them to death.
- If you are near death. Press W. When finished, repeat first step.
This is why Yi is more than viable, people.

reminds of siren back in dota the image mirage had a lower invincibility time frame which made it a lot harder to dodge skill shots but the yis reaction are pretty spot on

I'm gonna be totally honest here, this guy is just good. I hate Yi as much as the next guy but I've seen some shitty Yi players that just use their Q to deal a little extra damage.
Plus, as a TF player myself, a lot of those stun cards were bad. He waited inbetween attacks to use it so he didn't bait out the Q. If he'd attacked just as he got the gold card, it wouldn't have used the stun, so Yi might have wasted his Q and TF gotten the stun.
He isn't even fed at all.

Yeah, I used to put on his stream just for fun and then I tried Yi in Hexakill and had a good time, so I've started watching him for tips. He's actually why I'm trying to learn jungle right now. Finally have a champ I like in there.

Meditate resets autos? That's pretty huge, especially with the damage reduction and minor healing.

Yeah I used to not respect what Yi could do until one day in low diamond I encountered a guy named wannrai (there's an alt code in there somewhere) with thousands of Yi games, best Yi I'd ever seen, changed my opinion of the champion. He has a ton of potential, seeing this guy as well just goes to show it.
And yet people complain of Fizz.
