[Suggestion] Riot Seen Indicator?

So you know how people are always worried about Riot seeing their posts and feedback and whatnot? What if there was just a simple indicator or icon like the one that marks threads Riot has posted in, except it would mark threads that have been viewed by a Rioter. That way, people would know if their post was noticed without a Rioter having to comment with a "This is good feedback. We are listening" all the time.

Good idea? Stupid idea? On the right track but needs some work? Anyone have a counter-suggestion?
