[Suggestion] Riot Seen Indicator?

So you know how people are always worried about Riot seeing their posts and feedback and whatnot? What if there was just a simple indicator or icon like the one that marks threads Riot has posted in, except it would mark threads that have been viewed by a Rioter. That way, people would know if their post was noticed without a Rioter having to comment with a "This is good feedback. We are listening" all the time.

Good idea? Stupid idea? On the right track but needs some work? Anyone have a counter-suggestion?

The main problem with that is that people would get mad if a Rioter saw their post but they did not reply.

I suppose so. But what if the Rioter could specifically mark the threads (or comments) that they wanted to acknowledge. Like a separate Red upvote, maybe? Just to make it a little easier for them to give some kind of recognition to things they approve of, without having to come up with a full response. It's my understanding that a lot of Rioters are worried that even a one-line response can be misconstrued, so they feel like they have to double check anything they want to say.
