Concepts and Creations section needs separate subforums for skin and champion idea

As much as the idea of dedicating a single category to community creations is an attractive idea, in practice it has made my boards experience far worse.

Think of it this way: the people who want to look at skin ideas don't want to look at champion ideas, and vice versa. Having them in the same place for the more easily accessible topic (skins) to completely crowd out the champion topics is completely unfair to those who want to discuss the art of creating, balancing, and analyzing champion ideas. So much so that I stopped using the boards for it altogether, even though I loved doing it.

Discussing champion idea is a process that takes time. Skin ideas are sound bites that are easily consumed. Skins get upvoted more because not everyone takes the time to read a full champion concept. There's nothing wrong with that, but when a champion concept can't even so much as get seen and fully read, it is obviously in the wrong forum.
