[Community Creations] Can we sticky the Champion Conpendium?

Hoffmisc spends a lot of time updating a compendium that is lost beneath a sea of threads, and it would be nice to have a central place to archive all of the champion concepts that roll in.

I definitely think this is a great idea and I hope it gets noticed and implemented by a Rioter soon!
