A macabre presence is felt among the Institute of War, The Harvester has finally chosen to reap the Fields of Justice.
What act of desperation brought it into plain sight can only mean a grisly future. ###Lore
An ageless, lifeless history drawn to a close, the apocalyptic birth of Valoran shattered what few barriers remained, drenching the infantile world with the blood the earth, and the breath of the sea. A land rich in its stupor, life would spread quickly, abundant in numbers and arcane in nature. Creatures of all shapes and sizes flourished under the swelling sun, free to pursue their leisurely pleasures. In truth, it was not entirely Valoran at that time, but instead a world in stasis, an egg waiting to hatch. The underlying shell shielded them from reality, but if one were to look closely, to see what they tried so hard to hide, one could find a blemish, a single crack in the wall.
It was more than a crack, it was a wound, reaching deep into the depths of an infinitely dark pit, reaching to what they had tried to hide. The pit ran far beyond the realm of the living, few could claim knowledge of how far it went; designed to trap not with chains, but an unsurmountable passage forward. Sentenced to an eternity of silence, what lay within rested squarely under the yoke of the highest authority. A creature as archaic as it is malicious gazed ever upward, a grin carved onto its dagger-crusted lips. Visceral dreams sat upon its ravaged tongue, corrupted thoughts danced on its teeth. It had waited eons for this moment, finally the open letter had arrived, an invitation it couldn’t refuse.
It was a feeling they had not felt before, it pierced their warm hearts and crept through their perfect bones. A stain had been cast over the horizon, malignant intent dripped from the magnificent crack in the sky. They gathered around for what shadowy figure fell from the burning heavens, truly it was a gift from the gods. But they knew better. What seeds have been planted sprouted suddenly as it lifted itself off the warm black soil. It surveyed the fields before it, mere children and infants scattered throughout, cold terror seized their legs. Had they no cause for fear? With a ravenous smile it approached, all eyes followed its looming steps.
It whispered silently into their ears, promising a future of stains and broken eggs. Golden rain fell onto the crimson hill, leaving behind a callous trail of hearts. A shadow cast in its wake, it vanished into the shroud of night, screams echoing off dejected trees. The Harvest has begun.
"Fear death, and you will die. Fear me, and I assure you it will be painless" -The Harvester

###Kit
#Passive: The Harvest
Killing a minion/jungle monster gives 4 stacks (up to 100) of Harvest, large/epic monsters and champions give 8 stacks. 1 Harvest stack decays every 2 seconds.
The Harvester gains 1 MS every 2 stacks, and 1% AS every 5 stacks, capping at 50 MS and 20% AS with 100 stacks.
#Q: Lacerate
Gnarr lacerates its prey with its claws, dealing 10/20/30/40/50 (100% AD) physical damage as well as gutting them, dealing 10/20/30/40/50 additional physical damage over 3 seconds. Further rending of the afflicted target with autoattacks or Lacerate allows the damage to stack further, up to 10 times (Max 100/200/300/400/500 damage over 3 seconds).
Applies on-hit effects.
Range: 125
Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds
#W: Malignant Presence
Passive: Attacks from the fog of war or stealth fear enemy target for 1 second. Cannot occur more than once per 5 seconds to each enemy unit.
Active: The Harvester fades into the shadows after 1 second, entering a psuedo-stealth for 5/6/7/8/9 seconds. During this time, it appears as a clearly visible shadowy fiend (shows up clearly on-screen), cannot be hit with targeted abilities and autoattacks, and is not seen on the minimap.
Standing still during this time halts the decay of the timer, allowing the duration to extend indefinitely. Cooldown begins after the move is over.
Cooldown: 30/25/20/15/10 seconds
#E: Gnom
Passive: Killing a unit grants 10/15/20/25/30 shield, stacking indefinitely.
Gnarr ravages an enemy unit with its teeth, dealing 70/130/190/250/310 (.8 Bonus AD) physical damage. If this ability kills target unit, The Harvester gains 2x shield for the kill.
Range: 125
Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds
#Ultimate: Reap
Gnarr lets out a blood curdling scream, fearing all enemies within 1000 range for 1/1.5/2 seconds while dealing 100/200/300 (+100% AP) magic damage.
Afterwards, Gnarr gains (1x/2x/3x) his passive bonus over again, while additionally allowing for Malignant Presence's passive to used regardless of vision. This lasts for 10 seconds while Harvest decays at 10 harvest over each second. Harvest gained in this form extends duration.
Malignant Presence cannot be cast during this time. During Reap the enemy team has complete vision of Gnarr until the instance is over.
Cooldown: 5 Seconds
Cost: 100 Harvest (Does not consume immediately)

###Description
The Harvester is all about about farming up for the ultimate, and then mowing down its enemies with a fervent delight. Build Paths are flexible, allowing for tanky, assassin, or bruiser builds to be utilized. Protip: Use its joke as a calling card whenever you counterjungle for maximum terror/mindgames.
I've always been drawn to the concept that is Gnarr, a creature similar to it haunted my dreams when I was a child,I always thought I could see it out of the corner of my eye, watching me from the shadows. The theme carried on in my life, my favorite pokemon was (and is) Lairon, who also looks strikingly similar.
When I noticed all these reaper concepts, they were all humanoid (aiming at demonic humans usually). I figured the best reaper archetype for league that doesn't exist already is a sadistic monster, who would gladly wait until the end of your days for the right moment to "collect" you.
###FAQ
So, explain Lacerate to me.
Lacerate applies a debuff to enemy target, this debuff does more damage the more times you attack the enemy during the debuff window, up to 10 times more damage.
What do you mean by psuedo-stealth?
Psuedo-stealth means you are clearly visible for the duration, but still acts like effective stealth (not seen on the mini-map ect.) Here is an example: http://i.imgur.com/jELjf6X.png
So, when Malignant Presence is activated, he is visible on your screen, but not your mini-map.
Wouldn't Gnom's shield be OP?
Lifesteal and regen do not increase shields, so jungle monsters won't help much in terms of farming up your shield in the long run outside of ganks. Therefore, you're going to want to farm minions, putting yourself at risk or in someone's way. Because Gnarr has no escapes and only a psuedo-stealth, he puts himself in great danger.
Why is the ultimate (Reap) on a 5 second cooldown?
Shyvana's ultimate is on a similar cooldown, because both require a full resource bar in order to be used.
###Skins/Other Concepts
Like Gnarr? Check out my other Concepts:
Han, the Resolute #####Skins
Farmer Gnarr: The Harvester in blue overalls with a green shirt, donning a straw hat and a hay seed between its teeth.
Mire Gnarr: It came from the swamp...Now with weeds, mud, and murk.
Deep Void Gnarr: Even the void contains nightmares that lurk in the deepest reaches of infinity, beings that have long since forgotten the burning of light. Now Gnarr reaches from these depths, to seize what was rightfully his.
Molten Gnarr: On ultimate he explodes like a volcano, new particles and hot, magma look.
Harvests souls too. Although his kit is nothing like his; I still feel they are strikingly similar. Good concept overall though.
.
I can come up with some names if that's alright with ya :D
Edit: HIS NAME I mean, it's very close to the Gnar. I forgot about that one word >.
