Can't edit thread titles?

Just a quick question, one of my threads which has no replies from other people yet had I title I wanted to change. In the edit screen, there was no Title edit feature. Is there some sort of mechanic to this that I don't know or is it a random glitch? Thanks!

You just go edit and change the title (above the post's body) before hitting save, no?

Not sure if the 5 min rule from the old forum still applies here, don't think it does, maybe I'm wrong.
