Why hasnt anyone kept up with keeping it up to date? Why was it discarded so quickly when they changed the league website around?

If you go there you will see the last update to it was when SGU was released. I personally enjoyed that feature and would like to see it back up to date and be kept up to date.

i still use it. i assume they'll go back to it eventually. but all evidence is that riot is spread thin

I will safely blame end-of-seasons workload for lack of attention. I doubt it's been abandoned, but I do agree it hasn't been updated. Have (a lot) patience, I'm sure it will be freshened up as soon as Season 4 is well under way.
