Red Tracker Question

I have still been using the old dev tracker here: http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/devtracker.php? compared to the Red tracker of either the Community Beta or the New Boards for one simple reason The lack of a exact time of post for the Rioter posts. This helps with knowing if there was a new post or not for tracking farther back and is not vague like it currently is with "About 5 hours ago"
