I'm getting this popup semi frequently while logged into my boards account when i try to up/downvote or post comments. Anything i should be wary of or just glitches?

The sadistic feature implemented by Riot has been there for a while in order to prevent spam/downvotebots. Knowing Riot they're probably too lazy to hire a 3rd party to do their job as usual.
