does anyone know when its coming out and the name of the new map

There is no new map announced. If you are referring to the new game mode Snowdown Showdown, that's played on Howling Abyss, it should be out in the next patch or two.
This new map is going to come out the next patch or the one after that be aware about the news thank you!
