A problem I'm experiencing

Hi. I have posted a topic in the "Miscellaneous" boards. However, if I look through them, I cannot find my post, even in the minute after I posted it (which was somtime yesterday from when this topic is created). If I look at my profile I can see that the topic has views, but still I can't find it no where in the Miscellaneous.

It was previously posted in Skin and Champion concepts, but it was deleted and I was told to post it in Miscellaneous. I can't even find it there. What's going on? Is there any way to delete the other topic and repost it again so that I can actually see it?
