How to pronounce "Xin Zhao"

It has come to the point where I hear people pronouncing his name in such ridiculous ways "Ksin Sao" "Zin Zao" ""Aksin Zihao"" "i4ry6gh9q8" that I need to clear up this problem. There was a popular thread about this in the past, but that thread complicated things and people still didn't get it. Even Xin Zhao's official champion spotlight pronounced it wrong as "Zin Zao".

The name is clearly written synonymous to Pinyin Chinese, a way of romanizing Chinese in English. If you want to argue that his name has absolutely nothing to do with Chinese, you're gonna have to come up with some really convincing proof, since Xin Zhao's looks and name pretty much point straight to Chinese.

So here's how you pronounce it:

Shin Jow

You're welcome.

Huh. I always pronounced it "Zin Jiao."

I'll file this away with the correct pronunciation of Leblanc.

(The C is silent.)

And that's why I didn't learn Chinese. Or French for that matter.

At least with Spanish I somewhat know how to pronounce shit. It's not that far off of English pronunciations.

Meanwhile French can have a ten syllable word and you only pronounce two parts of it.
