[Idea] Inclusive/exclusive boxes for sub-communities

On the home page (or whatever it is called here) it would be nice if we could filter out communities we do not want to view; for example, if I simply don't want to deal with "Memes & Games" on the main feed, I would just uncheck the box and it would filter out all "discussions" with that label.

Further. It would be nice if the summoners could add labels to a post such that we can self filter out off-topic or misplaced items without mod intervention (something like 15 requests for a tag change flags it for re-labeling).
