what is the point of a help and support section if riot doesnt help or support it
Not a single red post to be seen anywhere but general discussion about champs and skins when ppl have legit issues with the game are going completely unadressed

Help and Support has always been primarily for Player to Player support. The only official work intake for Player Support is tickets at http://support.leagueoflegends.com - you're guaranteed a Riot response there, but it may take a few days depending on how busy they are and the complexity of your issue.
