Dear Boards, why must you hate me?

I am really disappointed in the boards right now... I recently posted a thread about a major Jarvin IV bug that has been going on the ENTIRE patch. His autos are literally not working at all. This post literally got no attention, but this wouldn't have bothered me if I didn't post the same thing at the beginning of patch 5.17 already. Meanwhile posts that are just memes are getting tons of attention but there isn't even a place that I can go that's a big button labeled "Report A Bug". When I try to go to Help & Support it is always a complicated procedure when I just want to say, "Can you please check out Jarvin IV because his attack animations are completely not working. Riot can you just please help.

Please excuse my bad grammar and/or any typos.

That's interesting because my dad literally plays on a t.v. as his monitor and this has never happened.

High resolution != large display. Is the TV 4K/UHD?

EDIT: With a quick google search I now know what UHD is. But no its just a HD t.v.

The size of the monitor has nothing to do with how high the resolution is.

If they cared, they wouldn't be fucking us with solo queue and it's bullshit matchmaking system. "6-4 placement with a great pre-season MMR?" Start the season in Bronze 4!" "2-8 with a shit pre-season MMR? Why, you start Silver 4!" "What's that? You have over 200 matches with a 60% win rate? Get 'miraculously' stuck in Bronze!" They should do something about people being AFK in ranked games..it's really depressing when 3 of your placement games you have AFK people.

Yes, there have been multiple threads. Everyone just gave up posting them because of the complete silence.

Hey there, Jinx! We've been aware of the high res issues for a while. I care, and the team cares. It's turning out to be a complicated issue, and we're actively working on getting it resolved.

I apologize for the pain you're experiencing. If I had done a better job of raising awareness to my team, perhaps we would have fixed this sooner.

Thanks for the response man. It's just when over a month goes by with no visible progress on an issue that big, especially when there are other updates heading out to the HUD every patch, it looks like you're not working on it. We just want you (or someone) to keep in touch!

I'm ok with things taking awhile to fix. It definitely helps if you guys post there more often though, because we never know if our topics are being seen or have been missed ^^ I think it is very important to be active in those threads, even if it's just to say "We're still working on it, thanks for reporting!" Many of us just appreciate you taking the time to acknowledge that the errors have been seen, even if it takes awhile.

Well, it would be nice if you guys could respond to us when you actually know about a problem. Posting a thresh on the forums should be simple enough... Plus, I haven't seen anyone talk about this Jarvin IV bug. Jarvin still isn't disabled, which usually is what happens when a champ is getting worked on.

I find it kind of funny that there's a lot of red activity on this topic, but none of it is actually addressed to the OP. x3

But yeah, this bug has been around for even longer than 5.17 I think I made a bug report about it more than a month ago, but so far no fix. I hope they can track it down and fix it soon.
