Riot Brazil said that they don't will refund Rengar. Riot Brazil can do it?

So Riot DryTheRiver say last month this: "We will refund champions and skins that had a graphical or kit/play style rework if you do not like them."

Well, thinking of it I have sent a ticket to Riot Brazil requesting a refund for Rengar. He changed very much, I don't enjoy playing him anymore because it's a different champion from the powerful assasin Rengar that I had bought, now he is like a fighter, not like an assassin.

But Riot Brazil send me this answer:

I understand that a change in a Champion we please can be frustrating, but we are always tweaking the game to make it as balanced as possible. So as it may seem a bad thing, in fact, is something that helps to make the games more balanced and competitive.

Because of the above reasons, we can not provide reimbursement for cases of visual upgrade , update or modification skills in general. In these cases, if your desire is actually repay, developed the tool reimbursement within the game, so always think carefully before you use the points available!

Also, I would mention that each platform has different operational policies, ie, something that is done on other servers does not necessarily apply to our server and vice versa, therefore communications made on other servers may not be valid in Brazil, ok ?

Rengar is basically changed from Assassin to a Fighter.

So I spend my money on a Assassin champion and now he become a Fighter champion. I don't like fighters, I almost only play mage, assassin and support.

So, the Riot Brazil Team is right? They can just say this? Because I just don't see a reason to buy champions anymore since at any moment they can receive a rework and change completely and you don'y play them anymore. I pay for a assassin champion, so where is that assassin champion? He doesn't exist anymore. A refund is the right thing to do.

Posting this here because I think that Riot Brazil is wrong. :l +2
