[ Champion Concept] Jill, the Thunder Swordsman
This is my first attempt at champion creation for League. I had this idea when I was playing Sona a few days ago. Basically, Jill will be a champion who talk to you, the summoner. Well, let's begin.
Appearance:
Jill wear regular black clothes. He use a giant sword that has a magical energy power in it.
Gameplay:
Jill is unique. He talks about everything in the game. When your team kill the dragon, he talks about it. When you destroy a turret with him, he talks about it. When you are in a kiling spree, he also talks about it. Some examples:
"I think the stories about dragons that I've heard are lies, because this was pretty easy", when he slain by himself the dragon
"What the... I don't know what is this thing but there's no way this is from this planet", when he see Cho'Gath
"WoW you can attack me if you want, I would love it", when he see Ahri
"Well I guess the enemy team just killed baron. This can't be good", when the enemy team defeats the baron
"Just now... I feel like I want blood... am I becoming a vampire?", when you buy BT
"Hey you should be more careful, I almost died here!", when you exit a battle with less than 100 HP"
"C'mom this guy is no match for me", when you solo kill someone and still have more than 75% from your HP
"I'm bored. Let's fight, pleeeeease!", when you don't fight for 3 minutes with enemy champions
"Let's go, I will win this. But just remember, if we lose it's your fault, you are the summoner, not me", 30 seconds before game begins
Abilities:
Innate Passive: Thunderborn
- When Jill have any contact with thunder power, he gains 15% bonus movement speed. Jill doesn't use mana, instead his resource is energy.
Q - Thunder Slash
- Jill dashes to a target enemy and deals physical damage to them using his sword. If the enemy is a champion, Jill gains 20% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds. This movement speed decays over time.
W - Thunder Drain
Passive: Jill gains 10% / 15% / 20% / 25% / 30% attack speed / Active: Jill invoke a thunder to hit his sword, what energyze him and automatic restore a % of his max health (2% / 4% / 6%/ 8%/ 10% of his maximum health) and activates his passive for a few seconds.
E - Thunder Field
- Jill hits the ground with his sword, marking the ground with a energy line for 5 seconds. If a enemy walk in this line, he takes magic damage while he is in it. If Jill walk in this line, his passive is activated.
R - You've been... Thunderstruck
- Jill sword's become electrified, and his autoattacks deals 50% bonus damage for 10 seconds, also his passive becomes active for this time. (don't does bonus damage against turrets)
As you can see, he is a champion who rely in mobility. He have a good gap closer, a movement speed boosts, and he relies on autoattacks, specially with his ultimate, so attack speed and attack damage are both important to build on him.
Good points:
- A champion with good mobility.
- He uses a THUNDER SWORD
- Can be good in top lane and mid lane. As a top laner he needs to use his energy very well to trade against powerful oponnents such as Renekton and Jax who are more powerful than him in the early game. While in mid lane he needs to farm safe until level 6, then he can try to kill his enemy.
- He talks to you about the battle, how awesome is this
Weak points:
- Since he doesn't have a escape, he needs to ward his lane all the time, otherwise he will probably be very vulnerable to ganks.
- His early game isn't that good, especially pre-6. But he has good mid game and strong late game with itens to make his ultimate more powerful.
