Hexakill matchmaking bug

So I have been trying to play the new Hexakill mode and so far the feature that automatically puts you back in queue hasn't been working for me. I played one match and then tried to play another but every time someone wouldn't accept and I would have to rejoin a queue manually. Also when I finally got in a second queue the game didn't load and the league screen turned black and I had to restart league and was back at the home screen. Is anyone else having problems with the matchmaking on the new game mode?

I've tried two to three times to get into a hexakill match and both times it kicked me out of lobby or had the loading screen load,only return me to the default main lol screen page. Hope this gets fixed soon cause I really wanted to try it out.
