Riot should renable ranked do to an issue negatively affecting games

Since ranked has been disabled all my games seem to have players that are ruder than usual. So far I've had a game with a Gnar that went way to try hard and took advantage of me having bad ping and dcing since i was lagging bad for some reason. That isn't that bad just kinda bm and something I would expect in ranked but not as much normals. Besides that though most my games have had a greatly increased amount of toxic players. Normally I get one like every 4 or 5 games but today every game has had someone toxic on either my team or the other team usually multiple people. I don't know if its just bad luck or ranked being disabled but I avoid playing ranked due to its often toxicity so its kinda annoying. I know there isn't much riot can do about ranked being disabled until the bugs fixed, but I'm mostly just venting and wondering if anyone else who plays normals has noticed an increase in toxicity of their games.
