Add a neutral 'Suggestions' Board

Seriously. I'd love to suggest so many things, but having to put them into the 'Miscellaneous' tab is just not proper. If you're going with this whole Boards thing, make sure you have enough Boards for the things people talk about. Yeah?

What exactly are you wanting to suggest? I have a hard time thinking of something you might have that wouldn't fit in any of the existing sections.
