@Meddler, Please don't remove Rift Herald
Rift herald makes the top lane much more interesting. Yes, it has it's problems; but it would be a real shame to take away this bit of the map. -Sincerely, a top laner who only plays fighters

make rift Herald a champion tbh
No body goes for it though. It's literally a waste of time. You'd be much better off spending your time in lane, farming.
Or make the buff worth more than a mediocre bonus to a single player.
