@Riot [[Help & Support (NA)]] - Why only in North America?
There have been several incidents pointed out, particularly recently, making it evident that the Help & Support boards for reporting in-game or technical issues are only listed for North America. I definitely think this topic warrants discussion or at least an answer to the question "how come?"
Possible Reasons
- There is a Help & Support feature for other regions. It's located somewhere else. If so, where?
- There are currently only staff available to handle issues on the current NA rollout/patch for the game. If so, when can other regions expect access to H&S?
- The H&S board is accessible to other regions, not just NA. If so, why isn't it listed for them?
- ???
Possible Solutions
- If the board already exists in other regions, list it in the left sidebar.
- If there aren't enough staff, look for community help from members from those regions.
- Make H&S a universal board, but require threads & users to specify which region being discussed.

Any player in any Riot Region has the ability to ask for player support here. This can be anything from bugs that they notice to personal player support problems. We also have a very large player support team dedicated to sorting through these tickets and passing information on to the right people. A lot of the time, we actually learn about bugs and technical issues through these tickets long before they get posted to the NA board.

Right now these boards are North American boards and still in beta, but players from other regions can comment, post, etc. Every region has a local support team dedicated to that territory, and we hope that the help and support forum for each region will be a great channel for the players of that territory to work with the respective team.
Some territories are already out - like Czech http://boards.eune.leagueoflegends.com/cs/ while others should still go to their local old forums for support. For example - EUW English is here http://forums.euw.leagueoflegends.com/board/forumdisplay.php?f=8
We're working actively on rolling the boards out to other territories - so over time we expect the whole process to be much simpler
Please feel free to contribute to the discussion or provide answers if you know them. I know the issue has come up before, but I haven't seen any actual threads for it. I'll try to keep this post updated with any important information.
