Could we get a link to the Boards from other regions as well?

I know the Boards are still in Beta, of course. But the coolest thing about them is that anyone can post on them regardless of having an account in a different region than NA. It was the same as with the community beta. I liked it!

However, currently, we still have to go to the NA website to find the Boards, and then change the region + language in the top left of the window to be able to post here with our non-NA accounts.

Not sure how much of a technical hudrle this would be, but can you add a link to the Boards on the other websites as well that puts us automatically in the right region of origin logged in with the right account?

Cheers!

Great feedback! I'll pass this on to the other regions with English communities. My only concern is that if we socialize this too much outside of NA, we'll begin to have a lot of non-english posting, which would add challenges to maintaining these boards. That said, in the not so distant future we're going to begin rolling out the boards for additional regions as part of the next phase of our rollout. Can't give an eta, but it's not too far off. :)

You could make the links only be present on the English versions of those sites, for now.

Also, when Boards does roll out to all regions, I think it would be really nice if the different boards were distinguished by language rather than region. So, one board for english-speaking NA, EUW, EUNE, and OCE, then another for Spanish-speaking EUW, LAN, and LAS, etc.

Tamat c-could I stay?

I will post only in english I promise :(

I agree you need to limit those Boards to english posting only, but being able to post here is so cool for people from other regions like me... NA has the biggest forums that are always the first to know about cool upcoming content.

Cheers for your reply!

I understand your point of view. However, I do believe Hyrum Graff has a good point in that the distinction should be language, not region. I prefer posting on NA Boards simply because they have more exposure to the community, and to the Rioters. It's understandable that NA Rioters will primarily post on NA forums and Boards, but all the designers and QA'ers and so on are in NA. They're the ones that want/give feedback/comments on questions from the community. Since the English speaking part of EUW/EUNE/OCE can follow these conversations just fine and are posting in English in "our" forums, I don't see an issue with merging the English Boards for the different regions. Seems to me it's possibly in practice, so why not?
