Are You Listening, Riot?

As far as I've seen, numerous ideas and well thought out changes have been posted many times in Gameplay and Balance and other feedback sections, and I rarely, if ever, see them answered or even commented on by Rioters. They have gotten countless upvotes and massive support from other people scanning the forums but I never really see Riot act on or even acknowledge them. They simply die out without Riot ever caring. In fact, I've seen Rioters comment in the Memes and Games section more than anywhere else. Are you listening Riot? Cause it sure as hell doesn't seem like it.

They don't even act on or respond to the help and support section let alone "ideas" lol...

Go through the boards, and make us a list of EVERY change people are suggesting... make a comment on EVERY tread someone created to answer them... I bet that you cant do that on top of OTHER duties that riot employees HAVE to do... they cant respond to everyone, they cant type of every board "seen" because then people would say that its an automated system... they cant do everything that everyone wants, and they cant comment to everyone either... sometimes they browse and make notes about things that were suggested, but they dont always have time to comment on them... If they have a suggestion that they can easily or offhand reply to without having to discuss what improvements need to happen, because they cant all individually make changes, i am sure they try their best. Maybe its something they already discussed, or have plans for, or denied... So logically they CANT answer everything...

The amount of content that gets posted every day (2000~ discussions, and 10k~+ total posts) http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/site-feedback/WO7y4ZOv-bump?show=flat&comment=0004

Hard to say whether they're listening in terms of reading our feedback and so on, but as far as doing anything about it, the answer is apparently, almost exclusively, "no."

No it's because you didn't think your statement through.

they you didnt read the statement, just the quote that i took from another thread to help support the statement. especially since right after posting i went back to the board and saw another person replied, came back here within a minute and was down voted... You committed an act worse then what you are complaining about, you didn't even read before judging.

Riot posts daily on the boards, go here to check it out. As far as you saying they post too much in the meme and games sections, currently on the red tracker page i have open, 0 comments in those sections on the page without loading more (that will change of course), in fact, i had to load more twice to find one, and only one post in the Meme & Games bards. 109 posts were made (not all to different threads, but still 109 times of them communicating outside of your meme and games boards, 3 days ago. Riot is always listening, they cant always respond... I dont know how many of Riots employees are allowed to post on boards, but they have a multitude of different jobs they each have to do, as well as interacting with the community. I know it might feel to you that they dont communicate to you or the issues you feel are more pressing, but they need to make everyone feel welcome on the boards. So yes you will find posts on each boards, in threads that Riot employees have made, some will be playful, some informative, but they cant always make comments about things each individual finds most important... go through the first 100 threads on here and notice how vastly different this one boards voice is. Then think for a second how an employee, the only voice of riot here, has to judge everything including, how will what i say reflect the company? how will it effect the community? Is this something that needs to be discussed? Is this something that i have enough information to respond to? Do i have the authority to answer this subject in support or opposition despite what my coworkers think? If i support it do people assume it will 100% happen? and many many more questions have to be asked... So obviously they can only respond to certain threads that fit a guideline
