Riot Employees should respond to more forum posts since tickets receive automated responses.

The title says it all. Sometimes players just want a clear and quick answer to resolve their issues and concerns. At the moment, Riot has no option for that.

I agree with this post. The biggest part that hurts players is when there game crash's and they lose points even though they did not get the chance to get into the match. Having your promos get losses just because of a dc is by far BS.
