[IDEA] : A proposal to make it much easier to report and manage bugs

Given that the practice tool has been unleashed, I imagine there will be floods of bug reports coming in. I, myself, have a sort of twisted academic desire to find bugs and the resulting edification after "solving" them. However, I feel that even though the "Report A Bug" board exists it won't be sustainable in the long run. It's little more than a hit and run sounding board.

I'm curious if it would make any sense to create an extension to these boards, or perhaps some other web landing to catalog specific bugs better. For instance, it sure wouldn't do to have 10,000 people report the same Lee Sin bug, but I guarantee that's about to happen. Having a dedicated tool specifically designed to curate bugs as actionably as possible would be fantastic. Reddit has its own stylings for this, and I know that Riot looks at that from time to time as well, but again that might break against the coming flood and is nowhere near as robust as I would like.

With dedicated classification systems we could unify all the evidence of any given bug into one collection. Interested parties (like myself) could pore over various bugs lacking repro/info and help refine and track down underlying causes and steps, or use certain bugs as inspiration to hunt others down, and we could prevent constant thrashing of copies and duplicate bug reports.

I know it is kind of silly to ask for a better way to document and air out dirty laundry, and obviously this sort of thing would never happen overnight, but I'm sure there's a lot of tech-oriented weirdos like me that just want to see the game polish up and help in any way we can.

Help us help you. Insert joke about finding a Rengar bug to stop him from being played by NA at worlds.

(Noting here also that this was rightfully removed from the Report A Bug board and explicitly referred to post here from the moderator)
