[GAMEPLAY] Azir: Multiple bugs regarding Arise! soldiers.

Copying from my Reddit bug report: This one is a little unorthodox but I managed to capture four (and film three) bugs regarding Azir's Arise! soldiers. I also apologize for being insanely thorough with my repro steps, but I am a software engineer and, well, I figure it sure doesn't hurt to get walls of info when I need to bugfix. The TL;DR is that Azir's Arise! soldiers seem to put him in a weird and broken combat state even when they aren't attacking and I captured four different ramifications of it.

• Server: NA • Type of Bug: In Game Bug

Bug 1 • Description: Azir's recall does not function properly if a targetable(1) unit is inside an Arise! soldier's attack range. • Reproduction rate: 10/10 • Steps to reproduce: Launch a game after selecting Azir as your champion. Head into lane, or even a jungle camp and hit W so the range circle has at least one minion in it. Hit recall, observe the results. Note that the recall attempt exhibits one of the following issues (C being the most common for me) even if the Arise! soldier attacked first but did not pull aggro onto Azir himself or even if all targetable(1) units inside the Arise! soldier's range perish or leave before the recall animation/channel finishes. A) Your recall button press is ignored. B) Your recall goes off for a half second then stops. C) Your recall goes through its channel and you hilariously fly up into the sky and drop right back down.

Bug 2 (the one I couldn't film) • Description: Azir's Arise! soldier processes an attack animation with no damage dealt upon hitting the recall key when you are moused over an enemy champion that is in the soldier's attack range. • Reproduction rate: 8/10, it is very finicky about timing and placement of W. • Steps to reproduce: Launch a game after selecting Azir as your champion with an associate commanding an enemy champion. Move somewhere safe with no other units, like a crossway in the jungle. Drop an Arise! soldier on top of your opponent, hover over the enemy champion and mash B to recall. Not only does it fail, due to Bug 1, but every press of the key triggers an erratic auto attack animation from the Arise! soldier with no damage dealt.

Bug 3 • Description: Azir's recall is cancelled if a targetable(1) unit paths into an Arise! soldier's attack range while Azir is recalling. • Reproduction rate: 10/10 • Steps to reproduce: Launch a game after selecting Azir as your champion. This is most easily done between two enemy towers to prevent reliance on minion combat pathing, or you can have a buddy walk into the Arise! soldier's range it as you recall. To perform solo, however, time dropping your Arise! soldier between the inner and outer towers of the enemy base such that you can hide around a corner and start recalling both before the Arise! soldier despawns and before any enemy units cross its attack range. If done properly, you will recall as normal until a minion passes into range in which Azir will immediately move towards the offending unit until it is within melee range as if he wanted to point blank auto attack. Note that turning Auto Attack off in game options will not affect this at all.

Bug 4 • Description: Azir's Arise! soldier seems to betray his king and give away his position and transfer aggro to him in brush if a minion(2) paths into his Arise! soldier's range while Azir is hiding in nearby brush. • Reproduction rate: 10/10 • Steps to reproduce: Launch a game after selecting Azir as your champion. This is most easily done between two enemy towers to prevent reliance on minion combat pathing. Stand between the inner and outer tower on the enemy's side (easiest to stand near the entrance closer to red buff) and wait until you can aggro the melee minions. Head towards the nearby brush and drop an Arise! soldier in front of you outside of it, and keep running into the brush but, and this is the most important part that confirms this is a bug, make sure you only go into the very edge so the minion does not walk in there with you. Once inside, mash the Stop key to prevent any attacks from occurring. If done correctly, the melee minion will disengage once you get into the Brush, give off the "alert" icon and move to attack your Arise! soldier, then turn around and start attacking you from outside the brush. Once the Arise! soldier despawns, the minion disengages as if it can no longer see you as is normal.

• Expected result: Azir's Arise! soldiers do not interfere with normal operation of recall or the brush targeting of minions(2). • Observed result: Azir's Arise! soldiers cause a number of complications with recall and brush vision/aggro mechanics. • System Specs: Irrelevant.

(1)Sidenote: Untargetable entities, such as those under the effects of Zhonya's, appear to not trigger this. This alludes to it being some wonky issue regarding Azir's Arise! soldiers having attack resolution/engaged in combat effects that share their states with Azir. When testing, a friend used Zhonya's, I dropped an Arise! soldier on him, and was able to recall normally until Zhonya's wore off in which the recall was immediately cancelled.

(2)Sidenote 2: I could not test if an enemy champion is granted vision of Azir in the brush if he moves into range of Azir's Arise! soldier while Azir is hiding in nearby brush. Though him being nearby may be obvious due to the sand tether this could pose an issue if it allowed sight into the brush or even allowed Azir to be targeted from outside it. Could two kind souls please test this and add feedback?

Awesome! Thank you! I just really don't want to see Bjergsen or something get shut down in an LCS match because some scrub caster minion pathed into a soldier at the worst possible moment and snapped his recall XD
